Through this connection, she helps each person reconnect to their own center of being, offering a breath of life in every treatment and every bottle she shares.

Maiko is a licensed massage therapist, body worker, and healing practitioner whose life's work is rooted on an enduring love of ocean, plants, and the healing power of touch.

People often ask if her massage practice and M Botánica are two different things. They're not. They come from the same place.

"Being on the island, I feel something move through me — the kind of energy that doesn't need translation, only presence. That's the mana I tap into every time I put my hands on someone's body, and it's the same energy I bring into every bottle I create. Whether you're on my table or holding a bottle of my oil blend, you're receiving the same intention: raw luxury, rooted in the land, moved through touch. This is the heart of everything I make and everything I do."

A Practice Rooted in Touch

In the six years since establishing her practice, Maiko has treated more than 5,000 clients, offering therapeutic flow massage, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, fascia release and stretch, Osteo Thai, pre/postnatal treatment, and spinal flow energy adjustment. For her, bodywork has never been just technique — it's a channel, a way of tapping into the mana that moves through everything alive on this island, and passing it through touch.
