1. Dim Lower the lights. Let your space signal to your body that the day is closing.
2. Warm Place 2–3 drops in your palms. Rub slowly, and hold your hands a few inches from your face. Let the woody, floral scent arrive before your skin does.
3. Ground Apply to your wrists, the base of your throat, and behind your ears — places where warmth from your skin will keep releasing the scent through the night.
